Rudra Analyzer

Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Rudra Website Analyzer (“the service”). By using the site, its free tools or an account, you agree to them. We've written them in plain language; please read them.

1. The service

The service runs automated checks on websites — single-page checks, full website audits, site scans, layout tests and API endpoint tests — and presents the results in reports. Some features need an account or a paid plan. We improve the service over time, so features may change.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your email address working — we use it for sign-in codes.
  • Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at rudratechnopvtltd@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Acceptable use

Our checks send real requests to the websites and endpoints you enter. So:

  • Only check websites and endpoints you own, or that you're authorised to test.
  • Don't use the service to attack, overload or probe systems, or to send unwanted traffic — including through the API tester.
  • Don't try to get around rate limits or plan limits, for example with multiple accounts or by rotating IP addresses.
  • Don't try to reach private or internal networks through the service, or interfere with how it works.
  • Don't use the service or its results to break the law or harm anyone.

Rate limits apply to checks, sign-in attempts, the API tester and the contact form, so the service stays available for everyone.

4. What the results do — and don't — promise

Results are produced automatically and are for information only. They're provided “as is”: they can be incomplete or wrong, speed results vary between runs, and automated checks can't find every problem. A good score is not a guarantee of search rankings, legal compliance (for example with accessibility law) or security. For decisions that matter, have a qualified professional review your site. Our methodology explains exactly what each check covers.

5. Plans, payments and cancellation

  • The free plan and the free tools cost nothing. Paid plans and their limits are described on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay, and their terms also apply to the payment.
  • Your plan starts once the payment provider confirms the payment.
  • Cancelling: you can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Failed renewals: if a renewal payment fails, your plan keeps working until the paid period ends while the payment provider retries. If the payment can't be collected, your account moves to the free plan.
  • Switching plans: when you buy a different plan, your old subscription is cancelled once the new one is active, so you aren't billed twice.
  • A website counts toward your plan's limit once you've scanned it, and stays counted even after its analyses are deleted.
  • If you think you've been charged by mistake, contact us at rudratechnopvtltd@gmail.com.

6. Your reports and data

Analyses and reports are deleted automatically 24 hours after their last activity, so download a PDF if you need to keep one. You keep all rights to your websites; by submitting an address, you let us visit and analyse it to produce your results. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

7. Our service and content

The service, its software, design and brand belong to us. You may share your reports and link to our guides, but don't copy or resell the service itself.

8. Ending your use of the service

You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, email rudratechnopvtltd@gmail.com; cancel any paid plan first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.

9. Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses — such as lost profits, revenue or data — or for decisions you make based on the results, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll let account holders know by email before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

11. Contact
